The purpose of the project is to make a narrative thriller-crime film based on Ryszard Cichy's novel "Naprędce napisana historia". The story is titled "SILENT" and is about 120 minutes long with a budget of 5 000 000 USD. This film is a story about people who first became victims of the communist system and then the victims of political transformation. SILENT, is a film about insider knowledge, the one that is reserved for the mafia and the world of great financial manipulations. SILENT is a story about real, complicated and multilayered people, not only good or bad, but also about beautiful and unusual love between two people, lonely among those brought together by a crime. The film will be produced by EREMITA limited liability company together with British company Eternity World Film Production – Kamil Lemieszewski

EREMITA Ltd. was established as an enterprise to produce the narrative film "SILENT". in order to ensure economic and legal transparency to potential investors, and is a continuation of Farat Film, founded in 1995 by Robert Sojka and Małgorzata Farat-Sojka. EREMITA's board members are Ryszard Cichy and Robert Sojka. The film will be shot 95% in Poland. The film will be shot on an electronic medium, in 6K resolution using a SONY VENICE camera, which will ensure the highest quality parameters of the image, at the same time enabling the use of a wide range of special effects, which is an essential element of a sensational film. Music composed by Piotr Komorowski will be recorded in Poland and at Studio Barrandow in Prague. The Prague symphony orchestra has been cooperating with productions from all over the world, has great experience in the category of film music, and has excellent artistic and performance qualities. From the economic point of view this solution is more beneficial for the project than a similar recording in Poland. For the needs of the "SILENT" project two songs promoting the film have been composed. The performer of one of them will be Piotr Cugowski. All the music will be recorded by Rafał Smoleń, a Polish sound director who works on film and music projects in Los Angeles. Image and sound are the elements which have a direct impact on the distribution and sale of the film rights in foreign markets.

EREMITA, as producer, will be responsible for carrying out the entire production cycle of the film at the highest possible organizational level, optimizing costs and emphasizing the preparatory period for shooting. We will pay attention to the veracity of each element of the film. The work of director, cinematographer, costume designer, production designer and consultants has a direct influence on the so-called image of the film, its attractiveness to the viewer. The film producer's task will also include promotion and distribution. Wide foreign connections of our partner, Eternity World Film Production, will allow for wide distribution of the film and achieve the highest possible cinema audience score - this is the first stage. Selling licenses to TV stations, VOD services and foreign distribution is the next stage.

We would like to satisfy this audience's curiosity with a 120 minutes narrative film, based on the novel "Naprędce napisana historia", written by Ryszard Cichy. He was a participant of the events described in the novel, during the systemic transformation that was taking place in Poland in 1980-1990. A sensational-criminal moral story about crime and inevitable punishment in the legal aspect, but primarily in the ethical and philosophical sense against the background of extraordinary love. It is easier to fight for principles than to live by them. The plot is based on facts, dynamic action, universal values, historical elements and production cooperation with the British company Eternity World Film Production. According to the highest standards, they assigned us the production of a sensational narrative film entitled "Cichy" (eng. SILENT), and thus to achieve maximum revenue from worldwide distribution. We set a minimum operation time of 10 years - ( 2 years for primary distribution - cinemas, 8 years for secondary distribution - VOD, FreeTV, Pay TV).

A new Purely Streamonomics study released by film and TV-centered platform Purely Capital reveals that during the disruption caused by the global pandemic, the gross amount spent on producing and licensing new entertainment content (excluding sports) increased by 16.4% in 2020. This is estimated to grow to over $250 billion next year. Spending by European companies, which currently accounts for less than a quarter of spending in the U.S. and Canada, grew by 11.8%. Expect that number to grow across Europe as local streaming platforms continue to expand their offerings.

Twice as much money is now being spent globally on co-financing and acquiring the rights to independently made narrative films and TV shows, moreover, researchers have found that spending on independent content has increased by 25.3% year-on-year in 2020 and now accounts for 65.5% of global film and TV production. Pandemic in spite of all has contributed to the growth of film production around the world.

The collected amount will be used to realize the production of the film "SILENT" and more specifically for the three stages of production such as preparation period, shooting and post-production. Part of the funds we plan to spend on marketing on the domestic market, burning TecraCoins from exchanges, airdrops for token holders and on a fee for a Tecra Space platform.

The funds raised after reaching the soft Cap are going to be spent on prepping the film for foreign markets, making translations, producing the Voiceover, dubbing and copies of the master version of the film. A large part of the funds will be spent for marketing on foreign markets and burning TecraCoins from stock market, exchanges, airdrops for Token holders and fee for the Tecra Space platform.
