Below we share the update for the 4th quarter of 2023.
1. **SPACEWALKERS UPDATE.**
The imminent premiere of the game is rapidly approaching, as Spacewalkers plan to launch the initial version on the STEAM platform in Q2 of 2024, marking its debut in the early access. The game has garnered exceptionally positive reviews, and presently, the studio boasts a wishlist on STEAM with a substantial 12 thousand individuals, reflecting a keen interest in potential purchases. The ongoing development process is transparently traceable on the STEAM platform. Notably, the scheduled listing date for the SWT token on the Tecra exchange has been rescheduled from the 1st quarter of 2024 to one month subsequent to the official game release on the STEAM platform.

"One of the most important events was a mocap , i.e. motion capture, session, which was a milestone in the production of our game. A mocap session is an advanced technique in which character movements are recorded using special sensors placed on the actors’ bodies, which enables realistic animation of characters in the game. Stuntmen and performers play a key role during a mocap session. They perform difficult and dangerous scenes, such as fights or jumps, which adds dynamics and authenticity to the production. They are also responsible for conveying the characters’ emotions and subtle gestures, which affects the depth and credibility of the virtual characters. We were incredibly lucky to work with Maciej Kwiatkowski, an incredible professional involved in the development of many world-renowned games, such as The Witcher series or Cyberpunk 2077 -> INTERVIEW.
In November, new people joined our team, including the Character Artist. This allowed us to prepare the new 3D character models, which significantly affects the quality of our game. Characters’ portrayal, visual consistency, and detailed 3D designs are crucial to achieving the highest quality, including in animation.
Participation in the Steam Festival – October 2023 edition paved the way to a greater audience, and the game was received enthusiastically by the players. Even a popular YouTube gamer, Splattercatgaming, took notice of our game and it gained thousands of Steam Wishlist users, which proves the potential and value of Spacewalkers project. "
2. **TECRA DEX UPDATE.**
The development of the TECRA DEX exchange concluded successfully in 2022, while efforts on the integrated and simplified UX/UI frontend were completed in December 2023. TECRA DEX has currently undergone positive testing, demonstrating full functionality, with transactions proceeding smoothly. However, the planned launch of the exchange will occur only after an external security audit has been conducted. We estimate that this process should be completed no later than the end of Q1 2024. Any updates will be communicated promptly.
3. **ONGOING PROJECTS.**
The Never Ending Dungeon project has gathered 309% of the targeted amount, translating to almost $155,000 raised through tokenization. There are still over 2 months left until the end of the campaign. The game's release is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024. 4. **UPCOMING PROJECTS**
In Q1 2024, we plan to launch two additional tokenization-based fundraising campaigns. A total of 288 projects from various categories approached us in 2023. Due to the high volume of inquiries, we apologize for any delays in our replies as each response from us involves conducting due diligence on the project. Currently, we are focused on delivering the best projects chosen for tokenization.
